General Preparations and Cleaning

Concrete: Should be etched using Liquid Rubber Concrete Etch or equivalent, power washed and allowed to fully dry. Be sure to perform a moisture test on the concrete prior to application.

For EPDM Liners: Clean the area well, and once dry wipe the liner with a clean white rag dampened with Acetone, to remove migrating plasticizers and condition the surface to receive Liquid Rubber Seam Tape and Liquid Rubber EPDM Primer.

Coverage

Apply a minimum of 1 gallon per 40 ft² (3.7sqm/G) final thickness. Should require 3-4 generous coats. Use up all required material.
