Claridge's Bakery Bread Knife

In collaboration with Katto Knives, Claridge’s Bakery introduces a maple bread knife designed for the everyday joy of baking and sharing bread. Forged from Japanese AUS‑10 steel, the finely serrated blade glides easily through crusty sourdough, Bloomers and softer loaves alike.

Each knife is handmade in Sheffield using traditional techniques and finished with Katto’s award‑winning Equipoise™ weighted handle. Thoughtful, practical and beautifully made, it’s a modern bakery essential inspired by the craft at the heart of Claridge’s Bakery.
